Uttar Pradesh to Expand AI Job-Mapping Platform Across All 18 Divisions

Uttar Pradesh is set to expand its AI-powered digital employment platform, 'Blue DotsAI', to all 18 divisions of the state. The platform connects jobseekers with local vacancies and helps industries find suitable candidates, aiming to bridge the gap between skill training and industry needs. A pilot in Ghaziabad successfully made over 25,000 jobs searchable within a 20-25 km radius. The initiative will initially focus on jobs in MSMEs, manufacturing, and retail sectors, featuring an AI voice bot for employers to register recruitment needs in multiple languages.

उत्तर प्रदेश अपने AI-संचालित डिजिटल रोज़गार प्लेटफॉर्म, 'Blue DotsAI', को राज्य के सभी 18 मंडलों में विस्तारित करने के लिए तैयार है। यह प्लेटफॉर्म नौकरी चाहने वालों को स्थानीय रिक्तियों से जोड़ता है और उद्योगों को उपयुक्त उम्मीदवार खोजने में मदद करता है, जिसका लक्ष्य कौशल प्रशिक्षण और उद्योग की ज़रूरतों के बीच की खाई को पाटना है। ग़ाज़ियाबाद में एक पायलट प्रोजेक्ट ने सफलतापूर्वक 20-25 किमी के दायरे में 25,000 से अधिक नौकरियों को खोजने योग्य बनाया। यह पहल शुरू में MSMEs, विनिर्माण और खुदरा क्षेत्रों में नौकरियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी, जिसमें नियोक्ताओं के लिए कई भाषाओं में भर्ती की ज़रूरतों को पंजीकृत करने के लिए एक AI वॉयस बॉट भी होगा।
