The notice requires him to join the ongoing investigation. This action follows the registration of an FIR against the MP based on a complaint forwarded by JNU's chief security officer. The FIR was filed under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita related to sexual harassment and insulting a woman's modesty.
