Madras HC Grants Bail to Man Who Created AI Videos of CM to Scam Public

The Madras High Court has granted conditional bail to a Rajasthani man accused of creating fake AI videos impersonating Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay to scam the public. The court ordered the accused, Shyabu Khan, to appear before the investigating officer daily. Khan had been in jail, and the police investigation is complete. He faces charges including cheating, forgery, and identity theft under the BNS and IT Act for allegedly using AI videos to solicit registration fees from the public.

मद्रास हाईकोर्ट ने राजस्थान के एक शख्स को सशर्त जमानत दे दी है। उस पर तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री सी जोसेफ विजय की AI से नकली वीडियो बनाकर जनता को ठगने का आरोप है। कोर्ट ने आरोपी श्याबू खान को रोज जांच अधिकारी के सामने पेश होने का आदेश दिया है। खान जेल में था और पुलिस जांच पूरी हो चुकी है। उस पर BNS और IT Act के तहत धोखाधड़ी, जालसाजी और पहचान की चोरी जैसे आरोप हैं। उसने कथित तौर पर जनता से रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस मांगने के लिए AI वीडियो का इस्तेमाल किया था।
