Jefferies reports that issues with the new closing auction session (CAS) on Dalal Street may be easing, with options volumes recovering in September. Industry-wide index options premium ADTO reached Rs 68,100 crore in September, similar to July levels before CAS was introduced. This recovery was driven by easing CAS-related issues and a spike in VIX. Jefferies has identified Groww, MCX, KFIN, and Nuvama as its top capital market stock picks, citing potential benefits from order recovery, MTF book growth, and increased commodity trading.
