UP Congress Leaders Booked For Attempt To Murder

An FIR has been registered against Uttar Pradesh Congress leaders Anil Yadav and Mukesh Dhangar, along with six others, for attempt to murder. The incident occurred during a protest outside the Agra residence of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's parents on Monday. Protesters allegedly attempted to break into the house and vandalized its walls. When a homeguard intervened, he was assaulted and fell unconscious. The FIR, filed by a local police in-charge, names eight individuals and mentions 15-20 unidentified people involved in the unrest.

आगरा में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) ज्ञान प्रकाश के माता-पिता के घर के बाहर सोमवार को विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान हुई घटना के संबंध में उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस के नेताओं अनिल यादव और मुकेश धनगर सहित छह अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या के प्रयास का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कथित तौर पर घर में घुसने की कोशिश की और दीवारों को नुकसान पहुंचाया। जब एक होमगार्ड ने बीच-बचाव करने की कोशिश की, तो उस पर हमला किया गया और वह बेहोश हो गया। स्थानीय पुलिस प्रभारी द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई FIR में आठ लोगों के नाम हैं और इसमें 15-20 अज्ञात लोगों के भी शामिल होने का जिक्र है।
