Delhi Police have implemented strict security measures in and around Connaught Place for a planned tricolour hoisting event by the CJP. Numerous CCTV cameras have been installed to monitor crowds and gather evidence. The CJP founder stated his intention to hoist the flag regardless of permission, asserting it belongs to the people. Following the arrest of two CJP coordinators, the founder urged people to gather at Central Park. Police have imposed prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS, warning against participation in unauthorized assemblies.
