In Kodagu district, Karnataka, at least 50 pre-filled Form-7 applications were filed at a single polling station on September 23, seeking to delete Muslim voters' names. Objectors claimed these forms originated from the "party office" and cited "absent" as the reason for deletion, though some later stated they had "doubts" about duplicate entries. Officials stated they had not received these applications. Across Karnataka, 61,130 Form-7 applications were filed between June 16 and September 24.
