Ayush Pandey, the first from Chhattisgarh to represent India-A, is focusing on VVS Laxman's advice after recent batting stumbles. During the second unofficial Test against Australia-A, Pandey was dismissed for 19 after a promising start. Despite the setback, he found encouragement from Laxman, the India-A coach, who advised him to focus on his process rather than chasing milestones. Pandey aims to apply this guidance as he prepares for the upcoming domestic season, drawing from his experience playing alongside Test players. He has previously scored 1,317 runs in the Ranji Trophy.
