Native Donates Bus To KSRTC For Athirappilly Service

Jose, a native of Angamaly, has donated ₹40 lakh to the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to purchase a bus. This marks the first time a private individual has donated a bus to KSRTC to strengthen public transport. The bus will operate services from the Angamaly depot, connecting the Athirappilly tourism region with southern Kerala. The Chief Minister hopes this gesture will encourage more donations.

अंगामली के रहने वाले जोस ने केरल स्टेट रोड ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉर्पोरेशन (KSRTC) को ₹40 लाख दान दिए हैं ताकि वे एक बस खरीद सकें। यह पहली बार है जब किसी आम आदमी ने KSRTC को बस दान की है, ताकि सार्वजनिक परिवहन को और बेहतर बनाया जा सके। यह बस अंगामली डिपो से चलेगी और अथिरप्पिल्ली पर्यटन क्षेत्र को दक्षिणी केरल से जोड़ेगी। मुख्यमंत्री को उम्मीद है कि इससे और लोग भी प्रेरित होंगे।
