FIR Filed Against X Account For Objectionable Posts Against CM Yogi Adityanath

An FIR has been registered at Hazratganj police station in Lucknow against an X account for allegedly posting objectionable content targeting Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The complaint was filed by Amit Tripathi, Nagar Mahamantri of BJYM, regarding the account named 'U se Uttar Pradesh'. Police have invoked sections of the BNS and the Information Technology Act. Tripathi has demanded strict action against the account operator for making indecent remarks against the Chief Minister.

लखनऊ के हजरतगंज थाने में उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को निशाना बनाकर आपत्तिजनक सामग्री पोस्ट करने के आरोप में एक X अकाउंट के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। शिकायत BJYM के नगर महामंत्री अमित त्रिपाठी ने 'U से Uttar Pradesh' नाम के अकाउंट को लेकर की है। पुलिस ने BNS और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। त्रिपाठी ने मुख्यमंत्री के खिलाफ अभद्र टिप्पणी करने वाले अकाउंट ऑपरेटर के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
