IRB Infrastructure has successfully raised Rs 2,000 crore through an institutional placement. The company allotted 317,460,316 units to eligible institutional investors at an issue price of Rs 63 per unit. This placement was conducted at a discount of Rs 1.26 per unit, which is 1.96% of the floor price. Following this allotment, the total unitholding capital of the Trust now comprises 1,653,060,316 units. This capital infusion will likely support the company's ongoing infrastructure projects and expansion plans.
