Two Renoir paintings, stolen from a museum in Cagnes-sur-Mer, France, have been recovered after being found hidden behind a cinder block wall. The works, "Portrait of Madame Colonna Romano" and "Young Woman at the Well," were among four paintings valued at $10 million taken in September. Authorities recovered the paintings last Thursday in Clermont-l'Herault following the arrest of six individuals. While the paintings are in relatively good condition, both sustained slight damage and will require restoration work. This recovery follows a string of recent heists at French museums.
