AISA president Neha Bora has approached the Delhi High Court challenging a police notice requiring her to furnish a peace bond. Bora's counsel argued that she was not involved in a protest at Central Park and had organised a separate gathering at Mandi House. The police counsel highlighted Bora's presence at a press conference where 'regime change' was discussed. Senior advocate Gopal Sankaranarayanan stated that seeking regime change is not wrong in a democracy. Justice Subramonium Prasad reserved the order after hearing arguments from both sides.
