His lawyer, Jeremy Saland, vehemently denies the accusations, stating that evidence supports Kretzschmar's innocence and that no criminal charges were filed. Saland claims his client never touched the accuser and was only briefly present in the room. The lawyer also highlighted inconsistencies in the lawsuit and presented scientific evidence, like a negative drug test, to counter the claims.
