Goyal had purchased the 10,813 sq ft apartment directly from the developer in August 2022 for ₹52.3 crore. In approximately three years, the property's estimated value has surged by about ₹88 crore, marking a potential increase of 168%. This significant appreciation is attributed to the rising demand in Gurugram's premium real estate market, particularly along the Golf Course Road. Goyal has also invested in land in Delhi.
