British police arrested far-right activist Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo, for allegedly slashing an empty dinghy in the English Channel. Thomas live-streamed the act, which occurred while a French coastguard official was on board. He was detained on suspicion of criminal damage with intent to endanger life and other maritime security offences. Thomas, founder of the Patriot Platform, stated his aim was to prevent the boat from being used again.
