Himachal Committee Stresses Transparent Use of Public Funds

Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly's Local Fund Accounts Committee Chairman Sanjay Rattan has urged for the timely utilisation of public funds and prioritisation of pending audit paras. During a meeting in Una, he emphasised transparency in financial matters and the need to resolve outstanding issues without unnecessary delays. The committee reviewed financial management and fund utilisation across departments, directing time-bound action for settling audit paras by December 31. Rattan also stressed that government schemes should benefit eligible individuals and that development projects require coordination with local MLAs.

हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा की स्थानीय निधि लेखा समिति के अध्यक्ष संजय रतन ने सरकारी पैसों का समय पर इस्तेमाल करने और लंबित ऑडिट पैरा को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही है। ऊना में एक बैठक के दौरान, उन्होंने वित्तीय मामलों में पारदर्शिता और बिना किसी देरी के लंबित मुद्दों को हल करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। समिति ने विभागों में वित्तीय प्रबंधन और फंड के उपयोग की समीक्षा की, और 31 दिसंबर तक ऑडिट पैरा को निपटाने के लिए समयबद्ध कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया। रतन ने यह भी कहा कि सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ योग्य लोगों तक पहुंचना चाहिए और विकास परियोजनाओं के लिए स्थानीय विधायकों के साथ तालमेल की जरूरत है।
