Two passengers on a flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv claim the crew asked them to release the co-pilot after he attacked the pilot with a crash axe. The passengers, who had subdued the co-pilot, were reportedly told to "untie the terrorist" and "free the terrorist." Despite the crew's alleged demands, the passengers refused, stating their intention was to prevent further harm, not to kill the attacker. Reserve pilots on board eventually took control of the aircraft, which landed safely in Saudi Arabia.
