Over 2,500 personnel from Telangana's Southern and Northern power distribution companies are working around the clock to restore electricity in Andhra Pradesh following Cyclone Arnab. The Telangana Southern Discom has deployed 1,400 staff with 37 emergency vehicles and specialized equipment, while the Northern Discom sent 1,127 personnel in 114 special teams. These teams are focused on replacing damaged poles, conductors, and distribution transformers in cyclone-affected areas. This collaborative effort highlights the strong inter-state cooperation and humanitarian spirit between the two Telugu-speaking states during times of crisis.
