Hindustan Times · education

Seventeen-year-old Neel Tripathi has launched Pehla Prashn, an initiative bringing philosophical inquiry to Mumbai's public and aided schools. The program uses simple questions about dreams and reality to encourage critical thinking among students. Tripathi has personally led sessions for over 400 students and trained 40 teachers to continue the curriculum. Collaborating with NGO Yuva Unstoppable, the initiative aims to foster curiosity and independent thought without competition. The program emphasizes teaching children how to think rather than what to think.
