Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar has proposed the creation of model parliaments in schools and colleges to foster new leadership and introduce the concept of "Youth Parliament." He emphasized that this initiative should embody the spirit of the Anubhava Mantapa, which he described as the first parliament. The Chief Minister believes that encouraging youth participation in democratic processes is crucial for leadership development.

कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री डी. के. शिवकुमार ने स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में मॉडल पार्लियामेंट बनाने का सुझाव दिया है। इसका मकसद नई लीडरशिप तैयार करना और "यूथ पार्लियामेंट" की शुरुआत करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहल अनुभावा मंडप की भावना को दर्शाएगी, जिसे वे पहला पार्लियामेंट मानते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री का मानना है कि युवाओं को लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रियाओं में शामिल करना लीडरशिप के विकास के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है।
