Sonam Wangchuk Threatens Fast or March Over Detainee Release

Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has warned of an "Anshan Fast or Padyatra March" if detainees are not released by Sunday. He described the situation in Delhi as an "undeclared EMERGENCY" following the detention of political leaders planning a protest. Among those detained were Arvind Kejriwal and AISA leader Neha Bora. Delhi Police stated that permission was not granted for the gathering, taking around 1,000 protesters into preventive custody. Kejriwal asserted that protesters would not be intimidated by the government's actions.
