Ramleela Committee Dispute Turns Deadly In UP; 3 Killed In Firing

A dispute over the financial accounts of a Ramleela committee in Amaria town, Uttar Pradesh, resulted in a fatal shooting incident on Monday night. Three people, including two brothers Ankit and Mohit Gupta, and 15-year-old Kunal Srivastava, were killed. One person, Roz Gupta, sustained injuries and is receiving medical attention. Police have detained the main accused, Kaushal Gupta, along with two associates, and seized both licensed and illegal firearms. The altercation reportedly escalated from a meeting dispute to an armed confrontation outside Kaushal's residence.

उत्तर प्रदेश के अमरिया कस्बे में एक रामलीला समिति के वित्तीय खातों को लेकर हुए विवाद के चलते सोमवार रात को गोलीबारी की एक जानलेवा घटना हुई। इसमें अंकित और मोहित गुप्ता नाम के दो भाइयों सहित 15 वर्षीय कुणाल श्रीवास्तव की मौत हो गई। एक व्यक्ति, रोज गुप्ता, घायल हो गया है और उसका इलाज चल रहा है। पुलिस ने मुख्य आरोपी कौशल गुप्ता को दो साथियों के साथ हिरासत में ले लिया है और लाइसेंसी व अवैध दोनों तरह के हथियार जब्त कर लिए हैं। यह झगड़ा कथित तौर पर एक बैठक के विवाद से बढ़कर कौशल के घर के बाहर सशस्त्र टकराव में बदल गया।
