SFI Demands Andhra University Withdraw Notices Issued To Two Student Leaders

The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) has demanded the immediate withdrawal of notices issued by Andhra University to two of its leaders, alleging the administration is neglecting student issues. The notices, dated October 31, were served on G. Ajay and Korrayi Tarun for allegedly making representations without following procedure and mobilizing students. SFI leaders stated that questioning authorities does not constitute indiscipline. They are advocating for lower establishment fees, domestic power tariffs, filling faculty vacancies, and improved hostel and research facilities.
