In Bhopal, a builder named Zeeshan Ali is accused of bank fraud after allegedly gifting land to his daughters and then using it as collateral for a Rs 2 crore loan. When the bank initiated recovery, the daughters filed lawsuits claiming ownership. The Economic Offences Wing has registered a case against Zeeshan Ali and his wife for concealing ownership details from Punjab National Bank. The loan was reportedly obtained in 2015, while the land was gifted in 2013, with two daughters being minors at the time.

भोपाल में जीशान अली नाम के एक बिल्डर पर बैंक धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगा है। कहा जा रहा है कि उसने अपनी बेटियों को जमीन गिफ्ट की और फिर उसे 2 करोड़ रुपये के लोन के लिए गिरवी रख दिया। जब बैंक ने वसूली शुरू की, तो बेटियों ने मालिकाना हक का दावा करते हुए मुकदमे दायर किए। आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने पंजाब नेशनल बैंक से मालिकाना हक की जानकारी छिपाने के आरोप में जीशान अली और उनकी पत्नी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। बताया जा रहा है कि यह लोन 2015 में लिया गया था, जबकि जमीन 2013 में गिफ्ट की गई थी, और उस समय दो बेटियां नाबालिग थीं।
