Commuters faced bumper-to-bumper traffic on major roads like Hosur Road, with several areas reporting severe waterlogging. While no major tree falls occurred, over 10 instances of branches snapping were recorded. Many officegoers reported exorbitant surge prices on ride-hailing apps, with short trips costing over ₹300. Power outages were also noted in southern and northeastern parts of the city, with light rain expected for the next three days.
