IndiGo Flight Suffers Tail Strike During Landing

An IndiGo flight from Guwahati to Bengaluru experienced a 'tail strike' while landing at Kempegowda International Airport. The aircraft's tail scraped the runway during its second landing attempt after the pilot aborted the first. Although the plane landed safely with no injuries to passengers or crew, it has been grounded for maintenance checks. DGCA has initiated an investigation into the incident. IndiGo stated that strong winds contributed to the unusual contact with the runway.

गुवाहाटी से बेंगलुरु आ रही इंडिगो की फ्लाइट को केम्पेगौडा इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट पर लैंडिंग के दौरान 'टेल स्ट्राइक' का अनुभव हुआ। पायलट द्वारा पहली लैंडिंग को रोके जाने के बाद, दूसरी कोशिश में विमान की पूंछ रनवे से रगड़ गई। हालांकि, विमान सुरक्षित रूप से उतरा और यात्रियों या चालक दल को कोई चोट नहीं आई, लेकिन इसे रखरखाव जांच के लिए ग्राउंड कर दिया गया है। DGCA ने घटना की जांच शुरू कर दी है। इंडिगो ने कहा कि तेज हवाओं के कारण रनवे से यह असामान्य संपर्क हुआ।
