Rahul Raj Singh Discharged in Pratyusha Banerjee Case; Seeks Return to Acting

The Bombay High Court discharged actor Rahul Raj Singh from the abetment of suicide case related to Pratyusha Banerjee's 2016 death. The court observed that evidence did not show Singh instigated her suicide. Singh, who was in a relationship with Banerjee, challenged the Sessions Court's rejection of his discharge plea. He expressed relief after a decade-long legal battle, noting the allegations impacted his career, causing financial hardship and difficulty finding work.
