The University of Delhi has provided a one-time exemption from the 28-credit promotion requirement for undergraduate students admitted in the 2025-26 academic year under the NEP UGCF-2022. This means students completing their first year will not be denied promotion solely for failing to achieve the minimum 28 credits out of 44. The exemption is limited to this specific batch and does not alter the credit-based promotion system permanently. Other examination rules and promotion criteria for subsequent academic years remain unchanged.

दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी ने NEP UGCF-2022 के तहत 2025-26 शैक्षणिक वर्ष में प्रवेश पाने वाले अंडरग्रेजुएट छात्रों के लिए 28-क्रेडिट प्रमोशन की आवश्यकता से एक बार की छूट दी है। इसका मतलब है कि जो छात्र अपना पहला साल पूरा करेंगे, उन्हें 44 में से न्यूनतम 28 क्रेडिट हासिल न करने के कारण प्रमोशन से वंचित नहीं किया जाएगा। यह छूट केवल इसी बैच के लिए है और क्रेडिट-आधारित प्रमोशन सिस्टम को स्थायी रूप से नहीं बदलती है। अन्य शैक्षणिक वर्षों के लिए परीक्षा नियम और प्रमोशन के मानदंड अपरिवर्तित रहेंगे।
