प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने नई दिल्ली में 18वें BRICS शिखर सम्मेलन के दौरान 15 देशों के नेताओं के साथ द्विपक्षीय बैठकें कीं। ये तीन दिवसीय चर्चाएँ द्विपक्षीय संबंधों, व्यापार, रक्षा, ऊर्जा और प्रौद्योगिकी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर केंद्रित रहीं। इन मुलाकातों से भारत को अपनी रणनीतिक और आर्थिक प्राथमिकताओं को आगे बढ़ाने का मौका मिला। रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के साथ सहयोग और यूक्रेन संघर्ष पर बातचीत विशेष रही।
