A 23,200-square-foot mansion in Oak Grove, Georgia, modelled after the White House, is on sale for $35 million. Built in 2001, the estate features an Oval Office-style study and a Neoclassical exterior. The current owner, Vietnamese immigrant Thuy Ai Kathy Lam, purchased the property in 2013 after building a successful beauty business. She is now selling the mansion, which she raised her children in, to move to a smaller home. The estate sits on approximately 3 acres and includes a separate 7-bedroom guesthouse.
