CPM Alleges ED Used For Political Vendetta Against Pinarayi Vijayan

CPM politburo member A Vijayaraghavan has alleged that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is being used by the Union government to carry out a political vendetta against opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan. He claimed the aim is to eliminate CPM functionaries through accusations and implicate Vijayan in a bribery case, stating that ED has pursued Vijayan for 25 years without success. Vijayaraghavan also accused sections of the media and the UDF government in Kerala of colluding in these moves. He further alleged denial of voting rights to minorities and scheduled castes nationwide.

सीपीएम पोलित ब्यूरो सदस्य ए विजयराघवन ने आरोप लगाया है कि केंद्र सरकार विपक्ष के नेता पिनराई विजयन के खिलाफ राजनीतिक बदले की भावना से प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) का इस्तेमाल कर रही है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि इसका मकसद आरोपों के जरिए सीपीएम पदाधिकारियों को खत्म करना और विजयन को रिश्वतखोरी के मामले में फंसाना है, और कहा कि ED 25 सालों से विजयन का पीछा कर रही है लेकिन सफल नहीं हुई है। विजयराघवन ने केरल में मीडिया के कुछ हिस्सों और यूडीएफ सरकार पर भी इन चालों में मिलीभगत का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने देश भर में अल्पसंख्यकों और अनुसूचित जातियों के मतदान के अधिकार से वंचित करने का भी आरोप लगाया।
