Mumbai Ranks 8th Globally in Property Price Growth

Mumbai has secured the eighth position globally for property price appreciation, with a 6.2% annual increase in the June quarter, according to a Knight Frank report. The report analyzed 46 major cities worldwide, noting an average annual residential property price growth of 2.6%. Among Indian cities, Bengaluru and New Delhi also featured in the top 20, ranking 12th and 17th respectively. Tokyo led the global list with a remarkable 50.7% surge in property prices.

नाइट फ्रैंक की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, मुंबई प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी के मामले में दुनिया में 8वें नंबर पर आ गया है। जून तिमाही में यहां प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतों में 6.2% की सालाना बढ़ोतरी हुई। दुनिया की 46 बड़े शहरों का विश्लेषण किया गया, जिसमें प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतों में औसतन 2.6% की बढ़ोतरी देखी गई। भारत के बेंगलुरु और नई दिल्ली भी टॉप 20 में शामिल रहे।
