Landlord Files Case Against Tenants For Allegedly Stealing Appliances

A landlord in Gurgaon has filed a police complaint against tenants who allegedly vacated a fully furnished flat in Sector 81, taking several appliances with them. The landlord claims a refrigerator, mattresses, fans, and an air conditioner remote were missing after the tenants left. Additionally, the tenants reportedly owe 10 months of unpaid rent. Police have registered a case for criminal breach of trust after an investigation and are currently looking into the matter. The tenants had agreed to vacate the property and clear dues.

गुड़गांव में एक मकान मालिक ने उन किरायेदारों के खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है, जिन्होंने कथित तौर पर सेक्टर 81 में एक पूरी तरह से फर्निश्ड फ्लैट खाली किया और कई उपकरण अपने साथ ले गए। मकान मालिक का दावा है कि किरायेदारों के जाने के बाद एक रेफ्रिजरेटर, गद्दे, पंखे और एयर कंडीशनर का रिमोट गायब था। इसके अलावा, किरायेदारों पर 10 महीने का किराया बकाया है। पुलिस ने जांच के बाद आपराधिक विश्वासघात का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और वर्तमान में मामले की जांच कर रही है। किरायेदारों ने संपत्ति खाली करने और बकाया चुकाने पर सहमति जताई थी।
