Two people died and 14 others were injured when a tent erected for a Congress meeting came into contact with a high-tension power line in Rajasthan's Pratapgarh district. The incident occurred in Renanda village before a meeting to prepare for upcoming Panchayati Raj elections. Strong winds caused the tent to sway, leading to the fatal contact with the overhead power line. The injured were taken to the district hospital for treatment.
