Uttar Pradesh has significantly upgraded its prison technology, increasing CCTV cameras to over 7,000 from approximately 4,900. The new system incorporates over 750 AI-enabled cameras linked to a central control room, enhancing security and administrative efficiency. Measures include AI monitoring via the JARVIS system, strengthened perimeter security, and an 'e-Prisons Early Release Processing Module' for streamlining premature release cases. The state is also transitioning to paperless operations, establishing video-conferencing units for court appearances, and installing solar panels.

उत्तर प्रदेश ने अपनी जेलों की तकनीक में बड़ा सुधार किया है, CCTV कैमरों की संख्या लगभग 4,900 से बढ़ाकर 7,000 से ज़्यादा कर दी है। नई प्रणाली में 750 से ज़्यादा AI-सक्षम कैमरे शामिल हैं जो एक केंद्रीय नियंत्रण कक्ष से जुड़े हैं, जिससे सुरक्षा और प्रशासनिक दक्षता बढ़ेगी। उपायों में JARVIS प्रणाली के ज़रिए AI निगरानी, मज़बूत परिधि सुरक्षा, और समय से पहले रिहाई के मामलों को सुव्यवस्थित करने के लिए 'ई-प्रिज़न अर्ली रिलीज़ प्रोसेसिंग मॉड्यूल' शामिल है। राज्य कागज़ रहित संचालन की ओर भी बढ़ रहा है, अदालती पेशी के लिए वीडियो-कांफ्रेंसिंग इकाइयां स्थापित कर रहा है, और सौर पैनल लगा रहा है।
