भारत सरकार की 'एग्री जंक्शन स्कीम' का मकसद कृषि स्नातकों को अपना खुद का एग्री-बिजनेस सेंटर स्थापित करने में मदद करना है। ये सेंटर किसानों के लिए 'वन-स्टॉप शॉप' का काम करेंगे, जहाँ उन्हें अच्छी क्वालिटी के बीज, खाद और कीटनाशक मिलेंगे। चुने गए लाभार्थियों को बैंक से ₹4.5 लाख तक का लोन और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए ₹60,000 की सब्सिडी मिल सकती है। सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा के करीब पहुँच रहे ग्रेजुएट्स को इसमें प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है, ताकि उन्हें सम्मानजनक आजीविका मिल सके। इस स्कीम का लक्ष्य ग्रामीण कृषि सेवाओं को बढ़ावा देना और स्वरोजगार के मौके पैदा करना है।
