CJP Tiranga Protest: Leaders Detained As Supporters March Towards Connaught Place

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke was detained by Delhi Police on Friday, October 16, 2026, as he attempted to join a 'Lehra Do Tiranga' protest at Connaught Place. All India Students’ Association (AISA) President Neha Bora and other protesters were also detained near Mandi House. The march was called after CJP co-conveners were remanded to judicial custody for allegedly entering Jantar Mantar. Security was heightened across the national capital for the planned demonstration.
