A Pennsylvania farming community is experiencing a real estate boom due to AI infrastructure development. Ninety-six families collectively sold 1,700 acres for $586 million to a data center developer backed by Blackstone. Among them, David and Marilee Kiliti sold their 89-acre hog farm for over $22 million.
