This marks a significant increase for SRM University, with 20 researchers acknowledged this year compared to seven previously. The recognition spans various disciplines including physics, chemistry, and mathematics, based on scholarly contributions and research impact. Dr. Rao has been consistently listed for seven consecutive years and is noted as the only scientist from an undergraduate college in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the Physics category.
