Kakkanad Accident Driver Accused in NDPS Case, Police Tell Kerala HC

कोच्चि शहर पुलिस ने केरल हाईकोर्ट को बताया कि 4 नवंबर को हुए घातक हादसे में शामिल प्राइवेट बस के ड्राइवर पर एनडीपीएस एक्ट सहित आपराधिक मामले चल रहे थे। इस हादसे में 29 साल की एक महिला की मौत हो गई थी। पुलिस सार्वजनिक परिवहन कर्मचारियों की निगरानी और जवाबदेही बढ़ाने के लिए क्यूआर कोड वाली स्मार्ट आईडी प्रणाली लागू कर रही है। अदालत ने कहा कि बस मालिक द्वारा दी गई अधूरी जानकारी के कारण ड्राइवर की आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि का पता नहीं चला।
