CJP Leaders Ranka and Das Questioned by Crime Branch in Two Cases

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das appeared before the special executive magistrate and were questioned by the Delhi Crime Branch. This investigation is part of two cases registered against them. The leaders were released from judicial custody after furnishing personal and surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each. They pledged not to breach peace or call for protests at Jantar Mantar until the site is denotified. The court noted further judicial custody was not necessary at this stage.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के नेता आशुतोष रंका और सौरभ दास विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश हुए और दिल्ली क्राइम ब्रांच ने उनसे पूछताछ की। यह जांच उनके खिलाफ दर्ज दो मामलों का हिस्सा है। नेताओं को 50,000 रुपये के व्यक्तिगत और जमानत बांड भरने के बाद न्यायिक हिरासत से रिहा कर दिया गया। उन्होंने वादा किया कि जब तक स्थल को डिनोटिफाई नहीं किया जाता, तब तक वे शांति भंग नहीं करेंगे या जंतर मंतर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन का आह्वान नहीं करेंगे। अदालत ने कहा कि इस स्तर पर आगे न्यायिक हिरासत की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
