Under this scheme, 2,516 LIG flats in Narela will be offered at a 25% discount, bringing the price down to approximately ₹14.95 lakh. Registration for interested buyers opens, with bookings commencing. The flats, each measuring around 49.90 square meters, are located in sectors G-2 to G-6 of Narela.

DDA ने एक नई हाउसिंग स्कीम, DDA Housing Investment Scheme-2026, शुरू की है जिसका मकसद राजधानी में सस्ते घर देना है। इस स्कीम के तहत, नरेला में 2,516 LIG फ्लैट्स 25% की छूट पर दिए जाएंगे, जिससे कीमत लगभग ₹14.95 लाख हो जाएगी। इच्छुक खरीदारों के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू हो गया है, और बुकिंग भी शुरू हो चुकी है। ये फ्लैट्स, जिनमें से हर एक का माप लगभग 49.90 वर्ग मीटर है, नरेला के सेक्टर G-2 से G-6 में स्थित हैं।
