Telangana Land Resurvey to be Completed in Three Phases for Clear Ownership Rights

Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced that a comprehensive land resurvey will be completed in three phases to establish precise boundaries and clarify ownership rights. The survey has already been completed in 285 villages, with the first phase targeted for completion by the end of November. To expedite the process, an additional 400 rovers are being procured. This initiative aims to resolve land disputes stemming from outdated records and modern complexities, ensuring clear land titles and greater security for landowners across the state.

तेलंगाना के राजस्व मंत्री पोंगुलेटी श्रीनिवास रेड्डी ने ऐलान किया है कि सटीक सीमाएँ तय करने और मालिकाना हक़ को स्पष्ट करने के लिए एक व्यापक ज़मीन का दोबारा सर्वे तीन चरणों में पूरा किया जाएगा। यह सर्वे पहले ही 285 गाँवों में पूरा हो चुका है, और पहले चरण को नवंबर के अंत तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है। प्रक्रिया को तेज़ करने के लिए, 400 अतिरिक्त रोवर खरीदे जा रहे हैं। इस पहल का मक़सद पुरानी रिकॉर्डिंग और आधुनिक जटिलताओं से उत्पन्न ज़मीनी विवादों को सुलझाना है, जिससे पूरे राज्य में ज़मीन के स्पष्ट टाइटल और ज़मींदारों के लिए ज़्यादा सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके।
