Undertrial Prisoner Dies In Chennai's Puzhal Jail

An undertrial prisoner, identified as 35-year-old K. Murugan, died at Puzhal Central Prison in Chennai on Tuesday. He was reportedly suffering from fever and breathing difficulties for the past few days. Prison officials stated that he was admitted to the prison hospital and later transferred to the Government Stanley Medical College Hospital, where he succumbed to his illness.

चेन्नई की पुझल सेंट्रल जेल में मंगलवार को 35 साल के कैदी के. मुरुगन की मौत हो गई। वह पिछले कुछ दिनों से बुखार और सांस लेने में तकलीफ से जूझ रहा था। जेल अधिकारियों ने बताया कि उसे पहले जेल के अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, फिर सरकारी स्टेनली मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहाँ इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।
