CBI Summons Punjab CM's OSD Rajbir Ghuman in Bribery Case

The CBI has pasted a summons outside the residence of Rajbir Ghuman, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, in an alleged corruption case. The agency is investigating allegations of bribery to influence government postings and decisions, including manipulation of IAS and IPS officer placements and tender conditions. The FIR names Ghuman and six associates, following orders from the Punjab and Haryana High Court and a report from the ED.

सीबीआई ने पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान के विशेष कर्तव्य अधिकारी (ओएसडी) राजबीर घुमन के आवास पर कथित भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में समन चिपकाया है। एजेंसी सरकारी पोस्टिंग और फैसलों को प्रभावित करने के लिए रिश्वतखोरी के आरोपों की जांच कर रही है, जिसमें आईएएस और आईपीएस अधिकारियों की तैनाती और निविदा की शर्तों में हेरफेर शामिल है। पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट के आदेश और ईडी की रिपोर्ट के बाद एफआईआर में घुमन और छह सहयोगियों के नाम हैं।
