Military Nursing Service Celebrates 101st Raising Day in Dehradun

Military Nursing Service (MNS) officers at the Military Hospital in Dehradun marked the service's 101st Raising Day, honouring over a century of dedicated nursing care within the Armed Forces Medical Services. Celebrations included visits to a centre for children with intellectual disabilities and a tree plantation drive. Brigadier R S Thapa acknowledged the crucial role of MNS personnel in providing healthcare to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. The event underscored the MNS's core values of service, compassion, courage, commitment, and professionalism.

देहरादून के मिलिट्री हॉस्पिटल में मिलिट्री नर्सिंग सर्विस (MNS) की अधिकारियों ने आर्म्ड फोर्सेज मेडिकल सर्विसेज के भीतर एक सदी से अधिक की समर्पित नर्सिंग देखभाल का सम्मान करते हुए सेवा का 101वां स्थापना दिवस मनाया। समारोहों में बौद्धिक विकलांग बच्चों के लिए एक केंद्र का दौरा और एक वृक्षारोपण अभियान शामिल था। ब्रिगेडियर आर एस थापा ने सेवारत कर्मियों, दिग्गजों और उनके परिवारों को स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करने में MNS कर्मियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को स्वीकार किया। इस कार्यक्रम ने सेवा, करुणा, साहस, प्रतिबद्धता और व्यावसायिकता के MNS के मूल मूल्यों को रेखांकित किया।
