Cornell Fraternity Accused of Drugging, Rape Reopened

A former Cornell University student has filed a lawsuit alleging seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity drugged and raped her in October 2024. Following the lawsuit's release, former South Park writer Toby Morton identified the accused students and created a website dedicated to the case. Morton also claimed to be investigating where the accused individuals are currently employed. The prosecutor's office in Tompkins County, New York, has since announced that the case has been reopened.
