Ghaziabad Godown Roof Collapse Injures 11, Including 4-Year-Old Girl

A roof slab at an under-construction godown in Ghaziabad's Sahibabad collapsed, injuring ten labourers and a four-year-old girl. The incident occurred around 6:30 pm on Monday while workers were on a wet section of the roof. A three-hour rescue operation involving over 50 firefighters and police personnel successfully extracted all trapped individuals. The injured, all reported to be stable, were taken to a nearby hospital. Police have registered an FIR against the godown owner and contractor for alleged negligence and failure to provide safety equipment.

गाजियाबाद के साहिबाबाद में एक निर्माणाधीन गोदाम की छत का स्लैब गिर गया, जिससे दस मजदूर और एक चार साल की बच्ची घायल हो गई। यह घटना सोमवार शाम करीब 6:30 बजे हुई जब मजदूर छत के गीले हिस्से पर काम कर रहे थे। तीन घंटे तक चले बचाव अभियान में 50 से अधिक अग्निशामकों और पुलिसकर्मियों ने सभी फंसे हुए लोगों को सफलतापूर्वक बाहर निकाला। सभी घायलों की हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है और उन्हें पास के अस्पताल ले जाया गया है। पुलिस ने कथित लापरवाही और सुरक्षा उपकरण उपलब्ध कराने में विफलता के आरोप में गोदाम मालिक और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है।
