He highlighted his own experiences, travelling from Rajasthan's deserts to the Himalayas and Kashmir's ski slopes within a short period. Pullman stated that each Indian state feels like a distinct entity, with Punjab differing greatly from Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. He also mentioned that activities like paragliding were significantly more affordable in India compared to Australia, encouraging others to visit.

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के एक यात्री लुईस पुलमैन ने भारत के विविध भूगोल और संस्कृति पर अपनी हैरानी जताई है। उन्होंने कहा कि पश्चिमी देशों की सोच अक्सर इस हकीकत को नहीं समझ पाती। उन्होंने खुद राजस्थान के रेगिस्तान से लेकर हिमालय और कश्मीर के स्की ढलानों तक की अपनी यात्रा का जिक्र किया। पुलमैन ने कहा कि भारत का हर राज्य एक अलग देश जैसा लगता है, पंजाब राजस्थान और हिमाचल प्रदेश से बहुत अलग है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि भारत में पैराग्लाइडिंग जैसी गतिविधियाँ ऑस्ट्रेलिया की तुलना में काफी सस्ती हैं और दूसरों को भी भारत आने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
